Who we are

BLAK Fitness provides personal training and fitness coaching for women ages 35 to 60. The business is run by Maple, a certified personal trainer and United States military veteran. Our website address is https://blakfitreclaim.com.

The information we collect and why

The BLAK Reclaim Assessment

When you complete the Reclaim Assessment on this site, we collect:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it (it is optional)
  • Your answers to the assessment questions
  • Whether you checked the box agreeing to be contacted, and when

We use this information to:

  • Show you your Reclaim Focus result
  • Email your result to you
  • Follow up with you about a free Reclaim Call and BLAK Fitness coaching

Your assessment submission is stored in this website’s database. Maple can view assessment submissions in the website’s admin area. A notification email is also sent to Maple when a new assessment is completed.

We also record how you reached the assessment and how far you got: the page you landed on, the previous website address, any campaign labels in the link you followed, your device type, and a random session identifier with the steps you start and complete. Some of this is recorded even if you do not finish or submit the assessment.

You are not required to take the assessment to use the rest of the site.

Booking a Reclaim Call

We schedule Reclaim Calls using Calendly. When you book a time, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule the call, which typically includes your name, your email address, and your answers to any questions on the booking form. That information is handled by Calendly on their systems under their own privacy policy: https://calendly.com/privacy. We receive the booking details so we can prepare for and hold your call.

Instagram comments and direct messages

If you comment RECLAIM on one of our Instagram posts, an automated tool sends you a direct message with a link to the Reclaim Assessment. We use Blotato to run this automation on our Instagram account.

To do this, Instagram (owned by Meta) and Blotato process your Instagram account identifier, your comment, and the message sent to you, and Blotato keeps records of the automated messages. They handle this information under their own privacy policies: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy and https://www.blotato.com/privacy-policy.

The link we send goes to the assessment on this website and does not include your username or your comment. If you complete the assessment, the section above applies.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and uses LiteSpeed caching and Hostinger’s content delivery network. Like almost all websites, the hosting service automatically records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for website security, troubleshooting, performance, and site operation.

Cookies and local storage

The Reclaim Assessment stores your progress in your browser’s local storage while you work through the questions. This helps preserve your progress if you navigate away and return. When you submit the Assessment, the information described in the Reclaim Assessment section above is sent to BLAK Fitness and stored as described in this policy.

Calendly may set its own cookies when the booking widget loads on a page. Our hosting and caching services may set a small number of cookies needed for the site to load correctly.

Advertising and Analytics

At the time this Privacy Policy is published, BLAK Fitness does not have Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, TikTok Events API, or similar advertising tracking tools active on this website.

BLAK Fitness advertises or expects to advertise its coaching and merchandise on Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads, and on TikTok, and may use Google Ads later. If you interact with an ad on one of those platforms, that platform handles your activity under its own privacy policy.

When website tracking services are enabled, they might use cookies, pixels, tags, conversion APIs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to measure advertising performance, understand website activity such as pages and products viewed, items added to a cart, checkouts, purchases and leads, create advertising audiences, show ads to past visitors, and measure conversions.

Before these services are activated, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify the services in use and explain the information they collect, whether contact details are matched or customer lists are uploaded, and how visitors control their privacy choices.

We do not send your Reclaim Assessment answers or results to advertising platforms, and we will not use them to target ads or build advertising audiences.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our coaching work:

  • Calendly – scheduling your Reclaim Call (https://calendly.com/privacy)
  • Hostinger – website hosting and content delivery (https://www.hostinger.com/privacy-policy)
  • Our email provider – to send you your assessment result and follow-up messages
  • Blotato and Instagram (Meta): to run the Instagram comment and direct message automation described above

We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep assessment submissions and contact details for as long as we are working with you or following up with you, and after that until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing reclaim@blakfitreclaim.com.

Instagram and Blotato keep comments, messages and automation records under their own policies.

Your choices and your rights

You can:

  • Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Unsubscribe from our follow-up emails at any time
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted

To do any of these, email reclaim@blakfitreclaim.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site and our coaching are intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
